i am going to study medicine hopefully next year ,the only problem in front of me is the ielts exam which i am working hard for it and i am going to do the exam in the next three weeks,but i need more help if you can help me to know what shall i do exactly in these days i will be gtrateful of you.

The short answer, as far as I am concerned, is: Practice Tests. The best preparation for any of these level tests-- IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, ACT, Cambridge, etc.-- is to get books of practice tests and take them under as near to exam conditions as possible.
