Proficiency Tests & Test-taking

Hi, I'm preparing to TOEFL. Can you check my essay? Thank you

If you could ask a famous person one question, what would you ask? Why? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.

Nowadays it is a great event to meet celebraties outside. So it is considered that you are lucky if you had a chance to speak or even made a photo. Personally, if I could ask a famous person one question, I would ask him what about does he/she regret? And there are some reasons: to listen a personal story, sharing with experience. Even a famous person regrets about something even then if he/she reached everything she/he had wanted.

First of all, I will try to imagine that I'm interviewing a famous person. I'd like to ask a special question, something personal, so readers of my article can see the hero of my article from different side. May be she/he had to go through difficult obstacles in order to achieve a success or may be they lost someone they loved very much and decided to be strong and not to give up.

Then I suppose that He/she had to find solutions on their problems during their career. I hope that a famous person can advice something, for instance, to avoid mistakes she/he had made. A personal experience of another man, it is a great illustration of how to react in such situations.

To sum up, we should remember that a famous person it is a human being and he/she makes mistakes as we, but the difference in that she/he doesn't give up on the way to his/her dream.

Hi- I wanted to make some comments about your practice essay for the TOEFL. First, to get a high score on the TOEFL for the writing portion, you need to answer the question exactly like they ask. Here, they are asking you to name one question you would ask a famous person, and then they want you to answer why you would ask it (you said to share a personal experience).
