Just a little bit? I have been on a diet my all life since I know myself. What I discovered is that the only important thing is we shouldn't eat too much, I mean, you can eat everything, but there's a limit.

I used to before and being on diet is a good and healthy thing always you do it following the nutritionist plan because diets are personal and are made according to what a determinated body needs or doesn't.

Well.... it depends, but, anyway, I don't think I will go to a nutritionist. I don't trust these things. Many diets are harmful. Just eat less and do exercises.

Being on diet just by oneself I consider even worse, while with a nutritionist you have a control between calories and what is healthy with no need to sacrifice the body. But again that is up to each one

Exactly! that is the point each diet is made according to each health body condition far from if following a nutritionist or not, one should be aware there arent health problems in order to follow a determinated diet. Cheers!

As I had already said: diet means eat everything but less and do exercises! That's all. However, if there is something I don't know, I usually, and first, ask my general practicioner. Also that's why I say there's no need to go to a nutritionist
