Hi i'm new and I have questions...

Hi there, I'm new here in the forums, i'll try to get in everyday, and post, because i'm learning with a course, a "natural technique curse", i don't know if there is a post or a Section to put quistions about vocabulary, but this is mine:

What is the difference between Foreigner and an Outsider?
