Essay & Composition Writing

Hi! I write an essay about life goal. Can you help me to fix it?

Hi there, I just wrote an essay about my life goal. But I don't know for sure if my writing is correct. I am so pleased if some of you can help me^^ Thank you in advance:

"In life, I think that each of us will have a different life goal. For me, I choose happiness because I think that only happiness can make my life become more colorful, meaningful and warmer.

I don't know what your definition of happiness is. But for me, happiness comes from the smallest, simplest things like having meals with my family and the people I love; receiving care and advice from them; to see them smiling happily and healthy every day...I still remember that when I was a primary school student, I always hoped my parents would come to pick me up after school. And each time they came, it was the happiest day of mine. And it also was my happiness at that time. When I was 18, it was also the time that I had to start a new journey on my own. I entered a university in a big city in Saigon. Everything seemed new to me. It was a big challenge for a person from the countryside like me. Everything was difficult, not like what I imagined such as the environment, friends...it was really difficult to integrate. Now when I look back on that time, in my heart there are still different kinds of feelings that it is difficult to explain...

And at times I felt most depressed, thanks to phone calls from my parents and they gave me a lot of useful advice. It was these seemingly simple things but they were really happy things that helped me overcome all the difficulties.

In short in my opinion, my life goal is not money or any materialistic things but happiness. And my happiness is love and to be loved; caring and caring. Happiness is being able to stay beside people I love".
