Hi I need to get my point across, please help me do so by correcting.
On top of the underground streets, there is a platform of 5000 meters with different boutiques. Since the platform doesn't have an address, the boutiques take the address of the street running beneath them. Depending on where they are on the street, they are given a street number even though they aren't on the street but above it.
