Hi. I need some helps on my simple text.
Can you check and correct my simple text? I translated a German text into English. But I think it is still rough and has some errors.

A divorce is mostly no simply thing. It becomes much more complicated, when a spouse comes from different lands of Europe. Because the lands of Europe lie far away from one another concerning divorce laws.
She is a French, he is an English. Both had move to Paris together. However, unfortunately, their marriage didn`t go long : He found out that she had cheated on him. On samedays`s afternoon, he petitioned for divorce in France because, according to Frech laws, the spouse who has liablity for divorce takes less alimony. Not in Great Britain : Here is the question of resposibility - like German - irrelevant.
