Hi I need some help with my creative writing idea

im trying to write a piece of creative writing , and the topic is to describe or discuss an especially impressive performance you've witnessed. it can be real or imagined. im trying to think out side the box of"performance", and i've think about people who lie and cheat on others are "performers" too. but now my ideas are just bits and pieces. could someone suggest me a nice lead to what i want to write? very appreciated!
