Hi how do you pronounce the name 'Chiarella'?

Hi!

I'm doing a research on my paper and I need to give a presentation on it in a few days

but I'm totally confused with pronouncing the name 'Chiarella'.

It looks like a Spanish last name- what's the correct pronunciation?

is it pronouned like 'Chi' or the French way like 'Shi' or maybe like 'Ki'??

and is the 'i' a long i or a short i? If anyone knows please let me know Emotion: smile

What a shame I've never met anyone with that name!!!

It could sound Italian too. In that case, Kee-ah-rel-lah, or even better, Kyah-rel-lah, double L. Chiara is a typical Italian first name, Chiarella might make sense as an Italian name, but it's not common.

  • If it's a last name, just pronounce it according to the person's language, or just in English, I don't know, lol.
