Hi guys! Pls help, a quick question regarding questionnaire design

Hi all,

To begin with, I can't thank enough to those who tirelessl offered their help to English learners like me! BIG gradituite

I've been working on a questionnaire which will be used to collect user's feedback for a video game. The questionnaire will be delievered to user through in-game pop-up windows.

The two questions on below talks about the exact same thing but I am unsure of which one sounds more nature and accurate. What do you guys think?

If none of them sounds nature, how to fix?

Moreover, can I use the term 'technical' when describing the issue that exists on the 'technical aspect'?

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

- "Please select at least one issue that you would like us to improve."

A. Techical B. xxxx C. xxxx D. xxxx

-"Please tell us what is the issue you are having?"

A. Techical B. xxxx C. xxxx D. xxxx

A lot of thanks, stay safe!

If a questionnaire has incomprehensible choices, people will just dismiss it.
