Hi guys! Is this sentence grammaticaly correct? Thanks in advance!

Sorry for the capital letters, I don't usually do it but this time I simply copied/pasted text. It's legal, therefore, I cannot really break it into 2 separate sentences. Could you just tell me whether this make sense in English? Thank you for your help!

Also, I probably should've mentioned this at the beginning, it's just an excerpt from a really long sentence (I 'don't want to give you a headache and past it all) so all I want to know is whether it make sense. Thanks.
