Hi guys can you check the sentence please if its correct

i don't think i will be able to come tomorrow, i know i promised. I had a problem with student finance and i still haven't got my student loan yet. I have to ask my mum to give me 25 pounds for ticket and for food tomorrow and if i came to that meal i would have to ask her for 20 extra pounds which would be insolent of me - sorry but the sentence i sent you wasn't constructed correctly
