Hi everyone please help me checking with my motivation letter :)

Here is my motivation letter, all suggestions are welcome, thank you so much

“XXX is a developing country”, I always question about this statement, Why? and When would my country change status to be Developed. XXX Research shows that one significant reason of this issue is XXX lacks of qualified people who can develop high quality human resources in technology section. This influences me to start my career in Information Technology and motivates me to continue higher education at Master’s degree in Information System, which integrates information technology and people to contribute effective system, in order to strengthen my knowledge to reach my goal that is the abilities to research and educate people in this field effectively.

As my four-year undergraduate studies in Information Technology at XXX, which is a leading technology research institute in XXX, I have contributed a strong performance in academic and graduated with a second class honors. On my graduation project, “XXX”, which aims to implement Image Processing theory, analyze data to evaluate traffic flow. I was the team leader carrying responsibilities in planning, organizing and leading the research project to be completed. In addition, I was elected to be a committee in student union due to being a good team player and reliable person.

Over four years work experiences relating to software development for banking system, I have gained a wealth of knowledge both application development and business process, which have built up my understanding of applying Information Technology to real business world.

Furthermore, I have completed Diploma in Management from XXX with a very good in study outcome. As a result, I am proud of myself that the college selected me to be a good role model for students. This course exposed and added my skills in Business Management which profits to apply with Information Technology. Following this, I had been earning internship experiences in academic environment by being a student assistant. My responsibilities include supporting lecturers and also advising students in appropriate learning. These engage me to draw up my career path to be professional in research and teaching in the area of managing information system. Recently, I have started working as Administration Officer in international school for obtaining experiences involving business management in XXX.

The reason why I am applying for Master degree in Information System at XXX is that the benefits will be found in several ways. First, as XXX is the headquarter of XXX, this is a great opportunity to participate in international research in Information System field. I absolutely believe that my education backgrounds and experiences would enable me to be a good researcher for organization likes master students who contributed a successful launch of Master Seminar on the Grand Challenges of IS in 2011. Moreover, earning master degree in XXX University would aid me to achieve my goal by increasing my skills and broadening my knowledge so that I will have a high capability to transfer knowledge to people in next generation. Ultimately, XXX will have a quality oversea graduate in order to innovate and improve human resources performances which lead to the success in country development.

Thus, I strongly believe that my past educations and various experiences including Software Development in XXX and Administration in XXX combine with Master course in Information System at XXX could enrich me to be qualified person and have ability to push my country paces forward more steps.
