Grammar

Hi everyone, I'm publishing a mini e-book. 1st sentence, 1st chapter.

The first sentence is driving me mad!

It reads, "The mythological tale of the phoenix has evidently been told throughout many cultures in our world’s history, with accounts dating all the way back to BC."

Is that proper grammar and punctuation? Specifically the comma next to with?

The mini book is about our dying economy, and how there will be new ideas that shall emerge once it fully collapses.
I don't want to give the name because it isn't finished yet, Emotion: ninja

P.S. I'm going to make an account!

Okay, I'm here in full virtual flesh! I know it may sound silly to some, but if you do know the answer, a simple yes or no would be beautiful.
