Hi could you help me with this ?

I had the fur off of the chicken before cooking it.
Is it the same as " I got rid of the fur"?

Top answer

I have never seen a chicken with fur!! Chickens are plucked (their feathers removed) before cooking. Rabbits are skinned (their fur removed) before cooking.
