Letter Writing

Hi correct & help me this letter

Hi I am Jenifer from Tamilnadu (India) My mother Tongue is Tamil so I'm not having enough knowledge in English...

Now I'm working as a Teacher in School ,There my Principal ask me to write a letter to get 8 Mat from one person... (I write the following but he rejected & ask me write again...So I'm asking here.... Please help me immediately

Does this person have a child who attends the school? What would he see as the benefit to him? Why should he care about how it benefits the children?
