Some people believe that eventually all jobs will be done by artificially intelligent robots. What is your opinion?

Machines with artificial intelligence are increasingly replacing human beings in all criteria. Although robots can be more precise and productive than human, it is unlikely that they can overtake jobs that require human interaction. This essay will discuss why machines can never completely substitute human in the workforce.

It is obvious that machines are much more effective when carrying out labour that does not require complex human skills. A large amount of companies will turn to artificial intelligence because it is inexpensive compared to traditional human resource process. For example, packaging and delivering are now fully automated in some corporations. In addition, robots do not require holidays or bonuses. For these reasons, human will be replaced in some jobs by artificial intelligence.

On the other hand, some jobs must involve human relationship which robots can never create. To be more specific, robots can not feel, exchange emotions or build relationships. For instance, a student needs the interaction and relationship with a teacher or a patient needs to express emotions to his/her therapist. Therefore, robots can never fill in that aspect of the workforce.

Artificially intelligent robots are progressively taking over a considerable amount of occupations. Most unskilled labour will sooner or later be done by robots; however, human can never be replaced in certain jobs that required human specific skills. In the end, artificially intelligent machines might dominate the workforce but complicated human jobs will be replaced.
