Dear Sir,

With reference to the guest room locks complaints in our hotel. As we had brought it into your observation earlier also that we are facing problems with the guest room locks day to day. Due to the problem with locks we are unable to program it properly.

Last time also we complained about the frequently faced lock problems but we didn’t get any satisfying response. We are in such a situation that we don’t know where we stand regarding this complaint. Every time a lock is getting faulty we are replacing it with new one but the problem does not end there when we are trying to program the lock again we are not able to do it. As it is repeating & increasing day by day we would like to request you to please find a permanent solution to it.

This issue is not only effecting our smooth hotel operation but also affecting our guests. Therefore, we would like to request your immediate consideration and provide a successful solution of the situation.
