I think you wish to say "I'm looking forward to see you" OR
"I look forward to seeing you."

I think looking forward seems appropriate like "looking forward to hear from you","looking forward to join","looking forward to + something what you are looking for"..well thats my opinion.im not too good in english.but antways i ve posted my opinion.

Actually, whether it is "look forward to" or "looking forward to",

we need a noun or a noun phrase after " forward to".

Therefore the verb form following must be gerund, not infinitve

I am looking forward to my vacation in London

I am looking forward to spending a week in London
