RE: REQUEST FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT
I acknowledge the receipt of your letter dated 23rd December, 2015 in request for financial assistance to pay your fees.
I must say that your situation calls for an immediate attention but per the regulations governing the association does not permit any member to receive financial aid, due to the strict budget drawn for the entire financial year.
Consequently, this association was faced with certain major challenges that drained the coffers. Due to that association was not able to fulfill the set goals.
However, as the APHAS president I sympathize with you and I am glad to introduce you to the student loan fund which aims at providing sufficient loans to students in such situation. I will ask my secretary to enquire more about their services and communicate to you in due time.
