Are these sentences correct for example, if someone ask me where i'm at , can i answer one of these sentences.
''chilling at where you don't have to know'' or ''chilling at where you don't need to know''

No.
I believe they would ask you ‘Where are you?’ rather than ‘Where are you *at?’, wouldn't they?

*At is redundant although said in informal speech.
