Question

I need some help in composing a formal e-mail regarding my application for some universities in which i have to inform them about my delayed date of 11th march for the toefl exam but the only problem is the application deadline at the universities i'm aiming for, is 15th march and of course as you all know, the results aren't coming in 4 days (usually it takes 2 weeks and i really don't have so much time) so i'll send them all the other files and documentation needed except my toefl results. All i have to do is to convince them to accept this situation and to wait for me ..hehe ...thanx in advance....
ps: sorry if i made some mistakes..i'm really tired

I am really grateful to you for all the details given about the programme and the entry requirements and I am enthusiastic about the entrance at this university as i have all the documents needed for applying except the results for the Toefl examination.
Unfortunately I have encountered some problems with the date of the exam which is the 11th March knowing that the application deadline is the 15th, thus for this reason I want to ask you if it's possible to send all the documentation except for the Toefl results which'll be sent directly by the center in a few days after the 15th March.

thank you so much for your help, i really apreciate it ....i`m still learning but i`m afraid i`ll have to try harder in order to pass the exam well... i have to be optimistic, right? as for the e-mail ..i hope i`ll receive a positive answer...
