hi everybody.,.,can someone tell me the differnce between this two sentences?

a radio "that hang" in the shelf,,, or a radio "hanging" in the shelf

a book "that have" 50 pages.,.,.a book "having" 50 pages

please tell me the difference between the two senteces, I will thank you a lot!!
