I'd just like to add to Blue Jay's post that the name would typically be spelled Frieda in my experience.

It can be spelled Freda or Frieda (occasionally Frida or Fredda). I picked Freda because I used to know a lady who spelled her name that way. It is not a common name for babies today, but both Freda and Frieda were once fairly common.
