I would like to know why the next cartoon is funny.

A: Huh, I wonder what this is all about?
That car's just sitting there not doing a thing!
What the ...? That idiot is just sitting there staring into space!
C'mon, wake up! move it, you're blocking traffic!!
Geez louise, it looks like I'm going to back up and go around that jerk!
What I should have said was: "Pull over and I'll throw you a pillow"!
What a shame to waste brillant zinger like that! Maybe I need to go back!
