Just a quick reply. "Her" is the woman that Jude loves. "It" could refer to many things: life, the day, spirit, pain...that's to be decided by the listener. As to "the movement"--I haven't listened to the song lately, but I believe you have misheard the word. It is "the moment." Hope this helps.

Thank you for your reply. And as to the word "movement," I listened to the song again and googled it, and it shows that it's "movement." I still don't know what it means.
