Hey everyone! I need your opinion on my post (a summary of an essay) very much! thanx beforehand =)

well, to begin with I want to say that it is my homework for my Uni classes. That's why your opinion and comments on my summary are of a crucial importance =)

In this essay the author is speculating on the theme of video games and recognized “harms” got from them.
Today it is a thing discussed everywhere, by Mass Media in particular. Lots of people are sure that video games cause much damage, especially they do harm to our psyche as players become more violent. Violence is the consequence of these games – the virtual and the real worlds are too similar and players can mix them.
But the author doubts that the state of things is exactly as they say. He or she says that games are originally entertainment that gives a chance to rest from the surrounding world. What’s more they develop our imagination, improve brain activity. A game is an abstraction with abstract tasks and rules. And people will never use the gaming experience in making important decisions for the real world. Besides a psychologically healthy person will never mix the virtual and the actual worlds no matter how real would the former look like. Thus at the end the author comes to the conclusion that violence is not the consequence of video games a simple justification of the violent nature of the player.
