00The most marvelous Architectures and sculptures associated to the Greeks Empire in the era between 478-439, such as Apollo's 00, and the sculptures of the pediments. The relief sculpture that I have got infront of me represents Athena, who is the goddess of wisdom, military victory, and women's crafts. She is also known as Tritogeneia and Minerva (Roma) and it as well called Pallas Athena (Word web dictionary). I have examined this sculpture of Athena and came up some description. In this essay I will describe the sculpture into two main points; the first point is the Feature of the sculpture, the second point is what does the sculpture of Athena represent.02br

00 00First of all Athena sculptures has many different characteristic. The main thesis of this sculpture that is made of marble or clay, on the top of the sculpture of Athena, she is wearing a hamlet and her hair cover by the hamlet only small part of her hair show off over her forehead. Her face take the oval shape, and only part of her face appear to us. Also, her face Turing down (curved). Athena eye is takes around shape. She has sharp long nose, and her neck looks long, her lips looks small. Athena leans on long stick or spear I'm not sure exactly because it cut off only small part appear of it, that is on the left side of the sculpture. On the left side Athena puts her hand of her waist and part of her hand is smashed. Now back to her shape she is looks like worriers well built women, she is wearing dress without sleeve. And it has the bosom style, in her chest the dress looks like number seven. Her dress which seems as 00cloak 00has a lot of 00folds and broached in the shoulders with classy style. There is a bland in her waist and it looks like a bland from fiber. 00A crossing the Athena sculpture there is a lot of parts missing and damaged. The wall of this sculpture is bending and has some scratches.02br

00 00Second, the emotional thought that appears to me of this sculpture. Athena looks sad in this sculpture from the appearance that on her face , and she does not looks comfortable in the way that she stand like something bothered her. Something has al ready been said about who is she but I did not mention what this sculpture represent, this sculpture represent Athena mourning, which mean that the Goddess Athena is very sad and that is not a normal sad, it shows in the sculpture the great sadness that happen in the era 470 B.C like she has been throw big tragedy. Also, from Athena's head that she bends down her head that tells me that she feels really sorry for the people who have died at that time. 02br

00In conclusion I would say that when I looked that this sculpture at the first time it was little awkward , since it is a very old sculpture, but when I looked at00 00the sculpture for the second time the sculpture feature start to become clear to me. In the begging of this essay I tried to describe the feature then what does this sculpture represent I talked about the emotion that I got from this sculpture. In the end of my essay this sculpture makes me want to visit Acropolis Museums in 010200 and touch the sculpture of Athena and to see what kind of feeling that I might feel while I am there. 02br
