Hex code...

Clark: Everything Casey has been rambIing
turns out to be a hex code.

Lana: A pattern of Kryptonian zeroes and ones. (This would be a decimal not hex code, right?)
Clark: Right.
My primary question is are the people mistaking with the code reference?
