Hesitation x hesitations

Hi, I have a question. Which one of these sentences is correct when used in letter of recommnedation?

I have no hesitation in recommending .... or
I have no hesitations in recommending.....

I know that when we use phrases like "Without any hesitation..." then it should be in singular, though I am not sure about this one.

Thank you.

Right, so which one does sound better to you?

If it's uncountable, there is no plural form.
