He's out the door.


Which tense is correct?

1- He is going out the door.

2- He has gone out the door.


Please correct me if I am wrong.

I'm not sure I understand. " "Has gone" does not fit because he hasn't made it all the way through the doorway yet.

I'm not sure I understand. If this is an exercise where you are supposed to use a form of the verb in red, I guess they are looking for "He is going out the door." "Has gone" does not fit because he hasn't made it all the way through the doorway yet.
