He's = he has?

Hi all, I have a question regarding " 's ".

Can I shorten this sentence?
a. He has four brothers = he's four brothers
b. I have a sister = I've a sister.

Thanks a lot

I just did a search in the internet. It seems that "he's four brothers" isn't acceptable. Has/have to show possesion isn't allowed to be contracted. I hope this link will be helpful. http://www.1-language.com/englishcourse/unit19_grammar.htm
