He's got his fingers in so many pies?

So I don't quite understand what she means by that at 1:14 (Simon Cowell? Very clever trap. He's got his fingers in so many pies.) and also I can't make out what she says at 0:25 (like rowing them both and ham?)something like that? And what does Amanda say at 4:03? I am struggling to make that out as well. Thanks for explanation.
