He's a very professional actor and he likes the work well done

He's a very professional actor and he likes the work well done.

Well this is a sentence that's kept me thinking for a while. I know it sounds really strange, and at first sight I would say it's incorrect. But apart from being odd, is it incorrect? Because, no matter how weird would it sound, I could say:

I like songs well sung.

couldn't I?

Hi,

I would put a comma after 'actor'.............and 'the work done well'.

Thank you.

Yes, I'd definitely add a comma, and your version sounds better, but is the original version correct as far as grammar is concerned?

Grammatically correct, but too odd, really, to be approved.

He's a very professional actor. and he likes the work done well. -- as Toms says.
