He's a sickness.

In "Avengers: Age of Ultron" the movie, Ultron shouts, "Don't compare me with Stark! He's a sickness!"

Does this mean that he's disgusting?

Is this word 'sickness' usually understood as describing a person in a construction like "someone is a sickness"?

JungKim Does this mean that he's disgusting? Probably something like that. In any case he's someone to be avoided, I'd assume.
