Vocabulary

Hereunder

Hi
What does it mean that:

Should payment be in arrears by six months after the date first mentioned in Clause 2 hereof,
all rights herein conveyed shall automatically revert to the Proprietors and this licen shall automatically cease and determine so that it shall be of no further force and effect except that such termination shall be without prejudice to the rights of the Proprietors against the Publishers hereunder.
?Mean the terms coming below and following this term, or all the terms in the document?

Thanks in advance

This is in legal jargon, so it is not very clear. However "hereunder" is defined in my dictionary as:
"under or in accordance with this writing or document."

So I believe it refers to the rights of the proprietors as outlined in the document as a whole. (Those rights are not changed by any termination.)
