What's the meaning of 'here we go' when people say while getting you changes at a shop?

'Here you go' is it the same as 'here we go'?

Phrase like this are just very standard, informal idioms that we sometimes say for politeness when we are giving someone something. eg

Here you go / There you go

In a store, they don't always these things. Sometimes they sat nothing at all.

The 'we' version is heard, but is a bit less common in my experience. To my ear, it usually suggests that the person is more intimately invoved with you, eg two people are both lookng for something and one of them finds it.

So people say it for politness in the meaning of 'please have it'.

I thought I heard 'here we go' but it's actually 'here you go'...and it's an idiom.
