"Here on a website"

"Here on this website, I study English with many great people." I still think that 'Here' means 'on this website', but I am confused that none agrees with me. So I would like to hear from more teachers. Do you think that 'Here on this website' is not a good expression and my opinion is wrong? Thank you for helping me as usual.

Context is important.
If you delete "here", you still have to have an antecedent for "this" so people know what website you are talking about. eg
