Here live a lot of people/ Here lives a lot of people/ there live a lot of people here?

Here live a lot of people/ Here lives a lot of people/ there live a lot of people here/ there lives a lot of people here?

Are they all correct?

According to grammars, the English word order should be Emotion: time, subject, verb, manner, place, time. But still I've seen it written many times "Here live(s)..." So, is it acceptable and if it is, in which contexts?

Thank you very much for your answers.

The second and fourth are incorrect. The first and third are not very natural. Where have you seen such forms many times?

When i tried to search them in google.. and yes, i know you can find anything in google and that is why i'm asking it here.

So the best way to say it would be "A lot of people live here"?

You are working with locative inversion here. In my opinion it more literary to use such inversions. They rarely occur in everyday conversation.

A lot of people live here. (ordinary and usual)
Here live a lot of peo
