Note that this is poorly laid out:

-Karen, I just saw a cat walking on our balcony.

This is better:

- Karen, I just saw a cat walking on our balcony.

And this is better still:

– Karen, I just saw a cat walking on our balcony.

Be aware that "*******" is a vulgar and moderately offensive word.

In my experience, "Pappy" is not at all a usual way for someone to address their father. I guess the most common is "Dad".

The normal way to finish this is "Mike just said that he saw a cat (walking) on our balcony", not any of your suggestions. Often the word "walking" would not be bothered with.
