Which sentences are correct?

  • Here is a cat.
  • Here is your cat.
  • Here there is a cat.
  • Here there is your cat.

Only the last sentence is doubtful. It would almost always be said as the second sentence. "there" with a definite noun phrase (your cat) is rarely used.

The other three are OK.
