Here is the letter

here is one sample , I want to know if it is good enough to get financial aid, please send me some advice , thanks!

Dear Office of Student Financial Aid,

My name is MY NAME and I am writing to explain you why I did not register for selective service when I was in the age of 18 to 25 . First of al,l I did not know as a male I was required to register in order to get any federal benefits; also I was studying aboard of The United States of America for the period of 1997 to 2004 in my own country, so in the year of 2005, I started to study English as a second language in San Mateo, California , and ended in 2006. After that I went to the community college to get more skills in english language and certificate in accounting as well. so for those periods of the time I did not apply for Financial Aid,; therefore, I did not know about the requirements either to get finacial aid . In 2008, I decided to move foward; so, I want to enroll to Devry University because it was more convenience for my life style. I enrolled it , I took a few classes and after one semester the economical crisis ruined everything that I planned in my education goals; also I got trouble with my personal finance , that is why I quit and could not apply because education needs time, attention in order to succed. Now, this year all my problems seem to vanish so Im able to returning to school;but to pursue my education I need to get financial aid. But I didn’t know that I have to register for SSS, but I want to tell you that it wanst knowing about it and it wasn’t intentional it just I didn’t know that I have to register in order to get federal benefits.........( I think I need the ending but I want to know How good it is) any advice? Ill Appreciate it

Thanks!!!

Thanks for your time
