Thesedays, a large number of people preferring doing more than one job. This tendency is caused by several reasons.This essay will examine the causes and suggest some solutions.

In terms of causes, there are several reasons why people quit their to look for new ones frequently. First, due to opportunities for job advancement, people decide to leave in order to move to new workforces where develop their career by providing various positions or improving their skills that the previous can not comprehensively meet their demands. My uncle, for example, who used to be a Chinese teacher, now working as an English translator . This is due to the fact that he found his aforetime job less effective due to the limited job development. Second, managers play a vital role in leading the company. Sometimes, people may find it inspired to continue their jobs. However, others suppose that their decisions to change the jobs related to their managers. Several teachers in my school, for instance, who has moved to other different schools mainly because they did not agree with the head teacher’s policies and they could not receive any motivations to remain their jobs effectively.

In terms of suggestions, there are a number of methods for this tendency. The first solution would be assigning people more challenging works so that they can feel the senses of usefulness and worth. Furthermore, if employees have troubles during the job, they should ask their leaders for advices. Hence, there may be some considerable changes which can make them positively change their minds.

Even though the trend of transferring jobs regularly caused by many reasons. There are several useful solutions described above to mitigate it.

Soda first came out in 1886 and the company uses aspartame to replace sugar but aspartame is worst ten sugar. That's why most soda companies use it cause it has so calories. So too much sugar and aspartame drinks can lead to health problems and that why they should not sell soda and sugary drinks to kids.People started to get addicted to one they started to drink it. They used the advertising from 1886 to 2006 because people love it. After a couple of years that soda came out, there was an increase in health problems.Drinking too much soda can lead to health problems and advertising can cause kids to get addicted to sugary drinks.

(Glum, 1). They advertise the cartoons so they can get their attention and they can crave the product.They have bright color and use animal cartoons to get kids attention and make them want to buy it.
