"Here he comes." "Here comes the bus.", etc

"Here he comes." "Here comes the bus.", etc

I think if the events are happening at this moment, "Here he is coming." and "Here is coming the bus.", etc are correct in grammar and sense, isn't it? Or they are idioms or is there a reason that we should use the present tense for the continuous events? Thank you so much as usual and have a good and safe day.
