I wouldn't say it is incorrect grammar. However, it sounds odd. In what context would you want to say such a thing?

Tje oddness stems from this. 'Here' seems to refer to a time that is close to the time of speaking, ie the present time. But the past tense moves the event away from the present time of speaking.

Finally, 'here comes . . ' is almost a standard and fix
