Here are your purchases?

Hi

Scenario - After a customer pays for his purchases, the store clerk gives him his receipt along with a plastic bag containing the items that were purchased.

In such a scenario, does the clerk say - Here, Sir, are you receipt and puchases.?

Is this statement correct? Do we have a better way of saying it?

Please help.

Thank you.
