Her Look/ Gaze/ Eyes Stopped on Something

Hello

I wonder if any of these sentences is correct?

While I was looking at the sky suddenly my look/ gaze/ eyes stopped/threw on a cat on the wall. (I want to say suddenly I saw a cat on the wall).
