I would not accept that as a good thesis statement. You should not include the part about anyone being able to use hemp oil in your thesis statement. Make one clear statement about the point of your paper, that you will be defending. Do not include other information in the thesis statement. You might use that information in the introduction or elsewhere in your paper.
