What time do tuitions start?

What time does tuitions start?

Tuitions is like Brit English for tutoring.
I know it's plural, but I think I can use the second one if I am referring to one session.

Am I right?

Thanks

"Tuition" is singular, not plural, so it'd be "what time does tuition start?" Perhaps you got confused with "lecture", which can be singular ("a lecture") or plural ("three lectures"), or maybe "lesson", which is the same as "lecture".... hope this helps
