HELP:motivation letter for Erasmus Mundus program

Hello, I am applying for an Erasmus Mundus master program now, I have finished my motivation letter, but English is not my mother language so I need someone to help me revise my letter. Any advice will be helpful. Thank you! Here is my motivation letter:

Dear Mr. /Mrs. :
My name is Z Y. I am a senior student of XXU. My major is plant protection, a field which focuses on protecting all kinds of plants especially economic crops. I am applying for admission into your Erasmus Mundus master program in sustainable development in agriculture in fall 2014.
With the awakening awareness of food health and sustainable development, agriculture of worldwide is facing great challenge as well as numerous opportunities. I am quite captured by the study of organic agriculture thus planning to devote myself to this field. I participated in the field practice of plant protection in two of my summer holidays and gathered much experience. I found myself can endure hardships and quite fascinated in those agricultural activities. I started to work in the lab since I was a sophomore, and my laboratory performance was satisfactory due to the helpful guidance from my supervisors and the solid academic background of myself. During my one-year long Students Research Training program in the Lab of Oomycetes & Fungus Molecular Biology, and my three-months internship in the Rice Disease & Bio-control Lab in XYZ Institute, I equipped myself with a critical mind and analytical thinking, as well as experimental and operational ability. I also improved myself in working independently and arranging my work reasonably. With these work experience, I believe I can be a qualified student during my graduate study in Erasmus Mundus program.
I plan to be a quality inspector in an international health food company, because I want to provide people with healthy and safe food products to improve their life quality. I am very interested in this work and I believe I will have excellent performance in my position because it highly matches my values. To achieve my professional goal, I need to get a master degree in sustainable agriculture. The Erasmus Mundus master program of sustainable development in agriculture offers a good opportunity for me to have further study in environmental friendly agriculture and prepare myself better for my professional career. There are many reasons why I choose Erasmus Mundus program for my master education. First, Europe is a beautiful continent with highly developed agricultural system. I can surely get much valuable experience and inspiration from the agriculture in the European countries. Second, the institutions that join in the program have long enjoyed good reputations for their first-class education quality and well-known specialists in agriculture, whose guidance would certainly be very helpful for my academic career. Third, Studying in Europe can give me an access to experience different cultures in different countries, which I have always been longing for. In conclusion, studying as an Erasmus Mundus student will be both a personal and academic enrichment.
If I may have the opportunity to be admitted to this Erasmus Mundus master program, I will certainly put my whole effort in absorbing new knowledge, improving my professional skills and gathering work experience. I will actively participate in both academic activities and community activities. After graduation, I will come back to XXX, because I have the responsibility to make contributions to my motherland. I will work as the quality inspector in an organic food company such as Sanli Organic Food Co. Ltd, thus applying my knowledge of organic agriculture in real practice.
